At CAMPLIFIRE, there is 1 "Team Leader" to every 4-6 participants for support. Additionally, activities are led by highly experienced instructors called "Coaches," to ensure the utmost safety and suitable instruction.

Lastly, the "Camp Captain" brings together the Team Leaders and Coaches, while also weaving together the overall story of the week for and with the participants.
