We at CAMPLIFIRE hold safety as a top priority and take every step necessary to ensure a safe program. However, despite setting up various safety measures, as several of the activities take place in nature, unforeseen accidents may occur, including minor injuries such as abrasions and cuts. Furthermore, participants may feel unwell while trying to grow accustomed to a new environment. We appreciate that by signing up, you understand that there is a certain degree of risk for the participants.

• Preventing Accidents and Injuries

Environments are set up to ensure a safe summer camp. Ways on how to prevent accidents and injuries will also be explained to participants. In addition, each activity is supervised by an experienced Coach to ensure that the activity is conducted in a safe manner.​

• In the event of an accident or injury

The Camp Captain is qualified in Medic First Aid and Swiftwater Rescue by RESCUE 3. In addition, as each activity involves its own professionals (Coaches), appropriate first aid is provided for minor injuries.

If further medical treatment is required, we will ensure to promptly call medical professionals while carrying out the above procedures.

• Notifying parents/guardians in the event of an accident or injury

In the event of a serious accident or injury, or if a doctor's diagnosis is required, we will contact the phone number of the parent/guardian on record.

Please be advised that depending on the situation, we may require a decision from you or you to pick up your child.
